Once your order is placed, you will receive your Emaan London goodies within 5 working days if you have chosen standard delivery.

All our goodies are sent via Royal Mail. We are responsible for your purchases until they reach our delivery partner; thereafter we are not responsible for any items lost due to the courier.

All deliveries are trackable with a tracking number.

All orders placed by 11am will be processed the same day. Orders placed after this time will be processed the next working day.

We do not process any orders on weekends or bank holidays.
